Ancole cattle are very often seen in the south and west part of Uganda. The Ancole cattle are something smaller than the European cows, but they carry enormous horns. They supply only few milk, but their meat is vary tasty. It contains fewer fat and cholesterol than the meat other kinds of cattle.
